Postage Discounts
We send out millions of pieces of mail via Royal Mail - and because of this we are awarded discounts on our postage costs. Part of these discounts, we pass on to you - our Customers. There are many ways to obtain discounts - our main 2 methods are Mailsort and Cleanmail. |

Mailsort
For bulk mailings of 4000 plus items - we use Mailsort. We process your data and providing it has a high percentage of correctly Postcoded Addresses, you'll qualify for postage discounts. It is based on geographical spread - basically the more concentrated an area you mail in to - the BIGGER the discount! |

Cleanmail
Is for mailings of at least 1000 plus items that are classed as "Letters" from the Pricing in Proportion rules as set by Royal Mail. Again, good levels or correctly Postcoded addresses are required in order to be awarded the discounts available. |
